puppiesPremier Mazda has certainly done their share of community outreach in Martin City. In the past six months, they have collected jeans and coats for youngsters at Martin City Elementary School.

And now they are about to help four-legged youngsters.

On March 25, the dealership, located at 13900 Washington St., will host a puppy adoption.

“Our owner, Thomas Bies, loves to be involved in the community,” said spokesperson Tara McFarlin. “Quite a few of our customers are animal lovers. We felt like this event was the perfect fit!”

Premier Mazda will be hosting the adoption in conjunction with Great Plains SPCA. All proceeds will be donated to the animal shelter.

“This is the first of ‘hopefully’ many events,” says McFarlin. “We are excited about our partnership with Great Plains SPCA and we look forward to helping the puppies find new families.”

The event runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Refreshments will be served. For more information, call Premier Mazda at 816-942-4040.
