It’s all new stuff at Overstock Furniture & Mattress

Overstock Furniture & Mattress in Martin City has opened its doors in the State Line Point Shopping Center located at 13617 Washington St. The store offers a variety of brand new furniture and mattresses at discounted prices. The items include dining room tables and chairs, recliners, sofas, beds and bed sets, mattresses, and more. The new and unused furniture comes from showrooms and manufacturers.
“Everything we have is brand new,” said Jaime Hart, manager. “It may or may not have a dent or a scratch, but it’s all new.”
Overstock Furniture & Mattress is independently owned and has 32 stores. The company is in the process of getting a website. A sign to replace the banner on the building is being made. The owners hope to remain in Martin City long term.
“Everyone keeps asking, ‘are you just another pop up store?,’” Hart laughed. “But, no, we hope to be able to stay here a long time.”
Hart also said that they are always looking for great help. If you are interested in applying, you may stop by the store and fill out a paper application.
Overstock Furniture and Mattress is open M-F 10am-6:30pm, Saturday 10am-5:30pm, and Sunday 12pm-5pm.
