Rooms that Bloom, which sells European antiques, decor and accessories, will be celebrating its 31st Anniversary with a 30 percent off sale this Friday, March 20th and Saturday, March 21.
In March of 1989, founder and owner Krista Sloan opened Rooms that Bloom as a unique home furnishings and gift retail shop in the original 100-year-old home owned by the railway for its employees. Her vision was to create a warm home environment, creating a different shopping opportunity in each room.

Each year Sloan would travel to England combing the countryside for rare European antiques. She would have them shipped to Martin City, the freight train stopping several feet from her store to drop off her selection of imported antique furniture.
Roomos that Bloom in located at 135th and Cherry (across from Jess & Jim’s) in Martin City. For more information, call 816-942-6460.
