The new Edison at Bridlespur apartment complex, 104th Terrace and Wornall, is now ready for move-in tenants.
The 160-unit community features resort-inspired spaces and luxurious interiors with premium finishes. The units consist of one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 516 sq ft to 1,158 sq ft. with 16 different floor plans. Pricing ranges from $893/mo to $1577/mo. The interior amenities include modern kitchens with premium undermount sinks and white shaker cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, 9’-foot ceilings throughout, and more.
In addition to the apartment amenities, the Edison at Bridlespur looks to create a “5-star private retreat” for their residences by offering resort-style community amenities. The community boasts its gated dog park, work-at-home cyber lounge, rideshare waiting room, outdoor salt water pool with tanning shelf and other amenities such as a coffee bar, concierge and electric car charging stations.
Construction and landscaping is still underway on two of the buildings. On August 1, 60 residents were able to move into their apartments. The landscaping, dog park, and pool are expected to be completed in August/September. The landscaping will include a fence that surrounds the entire community, grass, and plants. Trees have been added to the perimeter in some areas, but as of right now, there are no plans to add more.
Edison Bridlespur Assistant Manager Dayna Negrete says the community is appealing for many reasons, but what makes Edison at Bridlespur stand out over other apartment communities is the location.
“Our location and the fact that we are the newest premier community within a 5-10 mile radius are our best features,” she said. “It is convenient, right off the highway, and only a short drive to most things in Kansas City including Crown Center, downtown, hospitals, the grocery store, and shopping. There’s so much worth discovering about our brand-new apartments.”
