By John Sharp
Kansas City Police Officer Douglas Davidson of the department’s DUI Section received the Officer of the Year Award last month from the Law Enforcement Traffic Safety Advocacy Council (LETSAC).

The award was presented at a conference in Lake Ozark sponsored by LETSAC and the Missouri Department of Transportation Highway Safety and Traffic Division.
