KC police officer given Missouri law enforcement’s highest honor

Kansas City Police Officer Douglas Davidson of the department’s DUI Section received the Officer of the Year Award last month from the Law Enforcement Traffic Safety Advocacy Council (LETSAC).

The award was presented at a conference in Lake Ozark sponsored by LETSAC and the Missouri Department of Transportation Highway Safety and Traffic Division.

The Officer of the Year Award is the highest honor an individual officer can receive from the group.
