Found Juvenile

The Kansas City Missouri Police Department is looking for assistance with locating the legal guardian or parents of this 4-5 year old little boy wearing a gray t-shirt with a shark on it and no pants.  He was found on 08/02/2022 at 11:11AM wandering near the intersection of E 108th St. and Marsh Ave.
