The City of Grandview is committing $100,000 to giving Grandview small businesses a boost.
The Small Business Recovery Assistance Program will distribute one-time cash payments of up to $5,000 to qualifying small businesses who meet these criteria:
- Up to 50 employees
- Businesses with a “brick and mortar” presence in Grandview
- Home-based and non-profit businesses in Grandview
- Financial hardship due to mandates, lost sales and/or workforce issues 1/1/21-3/31/22
The Grandview Chamber of Commerce is running the program for the City. Applications are online and must be submitted by Friday, September 2nd at 5PM. Applications and the full eligibility criteria are at Grandview.org.
The $100,000 is part of federal funds the City received as part of the American Rescue Plan Act passed in 2021.
