Sons of Brasil at KC Jazz Vespers

There is no admission charge and the public is invited for this exciting evening of jazz. 

Kansas City Jazz Vespers, in its 8th season, is opening its Spring season on Sunday, March 19, 6 to 8 pm with “The Sons of Brasil,” a popular Latin jazz group based in Kansas City and founded in 1991 by trumpeter Stan Kessler.

 KC Jazz Vespers features 100 minutes of popular, professional jazz in a concert setting.

It is held at the historic First Baptist Church of Kansas City, MO in south city at the corner of Red Bridge and Wornall Roads.  The building is 100 percent accessible with ample lighted free parking surrounding the sanctuary.  During a short inspirational interlude, an offering will be taken to support the musicians.  For more information, see our website, www.kcjazzvespers.com or call 816/942-1866.
