A new locally owned FavTrip has opened at 6500 Main Street in Grandview, marking the third location for the independent gas station chain that currently has two others operating in Kansas City (9500 Blue Ridge Blvd) and Independence (10507 E 23rd St).
The new location will be open daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., and offer a variety of giveaways and rewards programs, including a 5 cents back daily deal on gas that increases on Fridays.
“We love giving back to the community, and are offering tons of giveaways (last month was a PS5), and we also have a YouTube channel that blasts thieves,” FavTrip Social Media Coordinator Brittany Owings said, adding that the next prize up for grabs will be a pair of customized Air Force Ones.
Inside, the space is clean and tidy, inviting, and includes a handful of thoughtful murals, many of which pay tribute to the Grandview Bulldogs and other regional teams and symbols. The business also offers a drive-thru service.
