In 2022, voters in the Grandview School District approved a $45 million bond for improvements within the district. This past year has seen many of those improvements and repairs materialize.
This summer the district installed 322 state-of-the-art cameras across the district. The higher quality cameras will ensure enhanced security at every campus, especially new door camera systems which provide increased visibility for staff.
Grandview High School – Students will step into a modernized cafeteria with expanded and upgraded seating. Both the PE and Varsity locker rooms are undergoing substantial upgrades. Bulldog Stadium will receive a new visitor bleacher section. The Industrial Tech space is undergoing a significant makeover, with renovations in the Wood Shop, Metals Shop, and Robotics areas. Additionally, the Band Room is undergoing a complete facelift.

Martin City K8 School – Martin City K8 welcomes students back with a brand-new middle school gymnasium that also doubles as an ICC 500 Tornado Shelter. The older gym has been transformed into an elementary gym and a well-equipped band room.
Grandview Middle School – Hallway corridors have been revitalized with open collaboration pods, replacing the hexagon pod units. The change encourages a sense of openness and teamwork, enhancing the learning experience. Locker rooms have seen significant upgrades, including new layouts, lockers, and fixtures.
