Grandview hosts Miracle: A Holiday Fest for shoppers

Grandview’s Main Street district will light up with Christmas magic on Friday, November 17, from 4 to 8 pm when visitors experience “Miracle on Main Street: A Holiday Fest.” Along with a holiday setting complete with holiday lights and Christmas trees, participating stores will share space with local vendors and provide hot beverages for shoppers. 

Grandview’s Main Street is heavily service-based, with many offices and salons but not a lot of retail, according to the Grandview Chamber of Commerce, which is organizing the event. On Saturday, Main Street will have plenty of shopping, Christmas Karaoke, a photographer with a free selfie station, Santa and other Holiday Characters, and more. Those participating in a Cocoa Crawl will receive a free mug and can vote for their favorite beverage sipped at various businesses.

Sip & Stroll

Warm up with the spirit of the season by indulging in a cup of warmth from the hot-beverage stations set up by participating businesses. Purchase of an Event Pack and includes the Miracle on Main Street mug.

Capture the Moments

Meet and grab a selfie with Santa and other beloved holiday characters as they wander along Main Street. Inside Vivid Events, 824 Main St., a professional photographer will capture the magic with a free photo booth.

Sing Your Heart Out

Inside Studio Plush, 814 Main St., the festive tunes will be echoing as Holiday Karaoke takes center stage.If you are not a singer, another option is to head to 8th & Main at 5:15 p.m. to hear choirs from the Grandview and Hickman Mills School Districts.
