UPDATE: Eduardo was found deceased in south Kansas City. There are no apparent signs of foul play. This is now a death investigation, which is ongoing at this time.

Street in Kansas City, Missouri on 11-8-2025 at 7:30AM. He left the house wearing a
red, white and blue striped sweater and black sweatpants.
He may be driving his Silver 2009 Nissan Versa with Missouri license plate XH7H6H
Mr. Vargas’ family and friends are concerned for his safety and fear he may need
immediate medical assistance.
