The organization is in the process of moving its headquarters to the south Kansas City area into the former St. Matthew Apostle Catholic Church at 8001 Longview Rd. Since 2001\, the building had been one of Catholic Charities’ Serve & Lift Centers in the region. Earlier this year\, the church underwent extensive renovation to accommodate a warehouse for donated food and supplies for a new food pantry as well as for office and education spaces. \nAll 5K participants will receive a t-shirt and treats from sponsors and vendors.
