DESCRIPTION:The Public Improvements Advisory Committee (PIAC)\, in cooperation with the Mayor and City Council\, will be holding public hearings across the city. These hearings provide Council and the Committee the opportunity to hear from citizens about the City’s public improvement needs. The PIAC will use information gathered through the hearings to recommend projects to Council in the following Fiscal Year’s budget.
