Mike Morgan and the Crawl is on a rare Midwest concert tour and BB’s Lawnside BBQ is one of the stops.
The Texas blues band will perform Saturday, March 22 at BB’s, 1205 E 85 St., 7-10 pm.
Morgan founded his band in 1986 and soon became one of the top contemporary blues bands in Texas. After matching up with Kansas City blues harmonica player and vocalist Lee McBee in1989, Mike Morgan and the Crawl released the hit, “Raw and Ready.” This began a worldwide concert and festival tour.
After a 15-year break in the music industry, Morgan, age 65, is back in the music scene releasing his tenth album and performing regularly in Texas.
