Third Thursday Event

One of Martin City’s newest and most unique monthly events – Third Thursday Conversations with Kansas City Trendsetters & Tastemakers – will be continued on Thursday, July 21, at the Martin Event Space, 13440 Holmes.
The free event will begin at 5 p.m. with complimentary appetizers and cocktails, and the hour-long program will begin at 5:30.
This month’s program will feature HGTV design star Jennifer Bertrand, who will share her perspectives on the latest interior design trends for homes, and a mini fashion show and audience member makeover by the “anaphora” and “Post / Edit” boutiques. It will be moderated by Katie Van Luchene and Kimberly Winter Stern, partners in KSquared Communications and Public Relations.
“We’re also giving away gift certificates from the two boutiques as well as door prizes,” Van Luchene said. Attendees will also receive dining discounts from Martin City restaurants.
