ISAIAH HAS BEEN FOUND AND IS SAFE.
Isaiah Ladd was last seen in the area of 14548 US 71 Hwy, the Clover Leaf Apartments, on foot. Isaiah is 10 years old, has black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a pink and yellow Pikachu pajamas with no shoes.
His family is concerned about his safety.
