Main Street Theater is rehearsing for its annual summer fundraiser

The show will include raffle baskets and complimentary refreshments.

On Saturday, July 27, the doors to the Main Street Theater in Belton will open at 7 p.m., for their annual fundraising show, “The Best of Broadway,” featuring the talents of Main Street Theater artists.

This show is on for one night only. Attendees are encouraged to get their tickets as soon as possible. The show will include raffle baskets and complimentary refreshments. Reservations are strongly suggested. All tickets are $20 and all payments will be taken at the door.

The money raised at this show goes towards the preservation of the Old Belton City Hall (the home of the Main Street Theater located at 510 Main Street) via The Belton Community Projects, Inc., who is responsible for continued restoration. Also since BCPI is a non-profit organization, the donations collected from the show are tax-deductible and will only be spent on the building.

Those interested in helping support the theater by reserving seats can contact (816) 406-9422. For more information, visit the Main Street Theater website at https://mainstreettheaterbelton.com/ or email mainstreettheaterbelton@gmail.com
