Two events for National Faith & Blue Weekend

Community Breakfast and Blood Drive on October 11.

National Faith & Blue Weekend designed to build mutual respect and understanding between law enforcement, faith-based organizations and other community members is sponsoring two events in cooperation with the Kansas City Police Department in south Kansas City on Friday, October 11.

A complimentary community breakfast will be hosted by Colonial Presbyterian Church, 9500 Wornall Rd., from 8 to 10 a.m., and a blood drive will be conducted in the community room in the front building of the South Patrol Police Campus, 9701 Marion Park Dr., from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
