This community offers independent and assisted living as well as skilled nursing care and long-term care. Residents can enjoy activities and enrichment programs, plus on-site emergency care staff and storage space. It is one of the oldest, continuously operating nonprofits in Kansas City.

Beautiful Savior Lutheran Home

Beautiful Savior is a faith based, not-for-profit service of the Lutheran Church providing assisted living, long-term and rehabilitation nursing care, nestled in the countryside surrounded by wildlife. Kingswood Senior Living Community

As a Life Plan Community, Kingswood is a nonprofit that offers a full continuum of on-site lifestyle options including independent living villas and apartments, assisted living, memory support, short-term rehabilitation and long-term nursing care–all on one campus. The community offers many amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness suite with indoor therapy pool and has recently completed a newly landscaped pond with wellness walk and memorial garden.

The Madison Senior Living

This community opened in 2020 at 150 Hwy and Wyandotte, near Martin City, and provides a continuum of care from independent living to assisted living and memory care. Amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, transportation, movie theater, craft center, libraries, salon, and anytime dining at the 18th & Vine Restaurant. It was recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a 2022-23 Best Assisted Living and is Joint Commission accredited for Assisted Living and certified by the Joint Commission for its Memory Care neighborhood.

St. Anthony’s Senior Living

The gated retirement complex offers independent living units in a fully renovated nine-story building, with floor to ceiling windows, fireplace and full kitchen. Assisted living and memory care units are located in a single level building with three dining rooms, outdoor courtyards and activity areas. Also onsite are beauty salons, therapy gyms, and a chapel for Catholic Mass and confession, as well as non-denominational services.

Nestled on five acres in Grandview, The Village is a family-owned intermediate care facility that has provided long-term care for more than 29 years. Hilltop at Blue River

The Hilltop at Blue River is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. It recently opened a new complex wound and therapy unit. The facility also has an all male and all female secure units.
