Around 7:20 pm, KCFD responded to a reported fire near 138th and Wyandotte. On arrival crews reported heavy fire in a maintenance building belonging to Suburban Lawn and Garden. Crews have set up defensive operations and are currently working to get the fire under control. There are various tanks containing various fuel sources that have caused secondary explosions inside the structure. No injuries have been reported.
At 9 pm, KCFD reports the fire is under control. Companies are working to put out hot spots. The cause of the fire is under investigation by KCFD. No injuries were reported.
