UPDATE: L’Maya’s parents have been found as of 1:20 pm Wednesday.
A 10-year-old girl by the name of “L’Mayah” was found in the area of Bannister and Harrison Street (east of Holmes Rd) at 10 am on Wednesday, June 26. Police are searching for her parents or guardians.
The girl is Black, 4’2”, 55lbs, wearing a pink and purple striped shirt and shorts set.
If you know the parents/guardians of L’Mayah, call 911 and notify the KCPD Juvenile Unit at 816-234-5150.
