The City of Leawood will host the 4th annual “Celebration in the Park” on Friday, July 4 at Leawood City Park, 10601 Lee Blvd.
The free family friendly event includes live music from Diamond Empire, food trucks and a variety of activities and entertainment for all ages.
The festivities start at 6 pm. The fireworks display will start around 9:45 pm.
Shuttle Services due to Street Closure
Free parking is available at Leawood City Hall (4800 Town Center Drive), with complimentary shuttles starting at 10 am to and from the park. Reminder that Tomahawk Road is closed for construction.

Public Swimming at Leawood Aquatic Center
Also located in Leawood City Park, the Leawood Aquatic Center will be open on July 4 from noon to 6 pm.
