Jamea Mitchell, age 14, was last seen in the 11700 block of Winchester Avenue in Kansas City on July 20 between 10 pm and 11 pm. She is missing and believed to be at risk.
Jamea is a black female, height 5’2″, 185 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and possibly red Crocs brand shoes.
