Chase Bank is constructing a new 3,300 square-foot branch at the Red Bridge Shopping Center, in the former parking area west of the Phillips 66 gas station.
Amanda Bolton, Senior Communications Associate at JP Morgan Chase & Co., said the bank opening is planned for mid 2026.
As for the remaining shopping center, Brandon Buckley of Lane4 Property Group said there are a few vacancies that he is working to fill.
Buckley is especially excited for the energy at Farm Fresh Market under new operators, Ruchi and Evan Goewey.
“The grocery store is a huge component of the center,” he said.
Farm Fresh under new management
By Jill Draper
There are new managers at Farm Fresh Market at Red Bridge Shopping Center: Ruchi and Evan Goewey, and they have ideas to improve the store.
The couple spent the end of the summer fixing freezer problems, particularly the ice cream. The next stop is the deli, where a stove is being installed to cook up made-to-order items (the menu is still being determined).

Coolers with wine and beer are now placed throughout the store, partly to have the correct pairings. Alcohol sales are now permitted at the main cash registers.
Ruchi is gluten-free, and she is eyeing a space for more special items. This will take time, as will a concept for coffee, bubble tea and craft soda in the once-called Frutopia.
Outdoor seating will come in the spring for day employees to each lunch, in particular workers from nearby FEMA at 11224 Holmes Rd.
One thing the Goeweys are proud of is the junior carts parked near the front table offering free fruit to children.
Farm Fresh Market opened at 11212 Holmes Rd in December 2024. Balls Sun Fresh grocery store formerly occupied the space from 1991 until unexpectedly closing in January 2023.
