115th and Holmes final approval

17-acre site will add 174 residential units

Plans for the luxury townhouse development at 115th and Holmes Road received final approval from the City Plan Commission on October 1st. Iron Door Development is now able to submit permits for grading and building.

The 17 acre site had only a few years ago contained several residential homes and an assisted living facility.

Updated plans include 39 buildings containing 174 units plus a few residences that refused sell-out to the developer. The city approval process began in November of 2024.
