ArtFest @ Transparent Brewing Company

Michelle Brown, an entrepreneur, artist and former owner of The Chive, along with her son Nolan Brown, owner of Transparent Brewery, are hosting their third ArtFest at the Transparent Brewing Co. on Saturday Oct. 5 from noon to 10 pm. Michelle started the ArtFest in 2022 to showcase other arts in the fall besides pumpkins. Her son’s brewing company, located at 14501 White Ave., (off 49 Hwy and 150 Hwy) is the ideal spot for such an occasion. The event is free for all ages. Food and drink are available for purchase. Most importantly, local artists will be exhibiting art, pottery, painting, stained glass multimedia, jewelry and drawings.

Specialty dog beds are also available for purchase with proceeds this year going to the Grandview Arts Council. Local Grandview artist Kerry Stucky along with Michelle have tirelessly devoted themselves to this project to support local artists.
