legal assistance with beneficiary deeds. Same-day representation is possible. To reserve your spot, please call 816-474-9868.
A beneficiary deed is a non-probate estate-planning document for homeowners, prepared by an attorney, signed by the homeowner(s), naming who should own the property upon the homeowner’s passing.
