Breast Cancer Event

The results of the latest research in the prevention, early detection and treatment of breast cancer will be discussed at an event for adults from 7 to 8 pm on Monday, October 14, in the community room at the new Red Bridge Branch of Mid-Continent Public Library at 453 B East Red Bridge Rd. in the Red Bridge Shopping Center.

The scheduled speakers at the event are Dr. Anne O’Dea, a certified hematologist and medical oncologist, and Dr. Kelsey Larson, a surgical oncologist specializing in breast cancer surgery, both with the university of Kansas Cancer Center.
