Center Planning and Development Council will have its monthly meeting on Tuesday, April 30 at 7 pm at the Trailside Center, 9901 Holmes Rd. 

The agenda includes:

• crime in the area from South Patrol Community Information Officer Mary McCall;
• the new city budget from Sixth District at Large Councilwoman Andrea Bough,
• street resurfacing in the area by Public Works Director Michael Shaw.
