Kansas City Bier Company is hosting a special culinary event with Emmy-winning writer for The Simpsons and food influencer Bill Oakley, April 20 and 21 at 6 pm at the Waldo location, 310 W 79 St.
The dinner will consist of a 7-course menu of unique American cuisine with a German twist, with dishes that are not made within 500miles of Kansas City.
