Join Children’s Therapist Heidi Weigel & Coach Megan Anderson for a mom and me Valentine’s Day workshop: celebrate love and kindness in a fun and interactive class for moms and their child or children. Together you’ll create delicious, healthy treats that nourish the body. Through hands-on activities and heartfelt discussions, we’ll explore what it means to be a good friend -to others and ourselves. This workshop combines cooking and life lessons, helping you and your child build stronger bonds, cultivate self-love, and spread kindness to the world around you. Perfect for ages 6-12 with a grown-up.

Price is per group and includes cost for one child (each additional child is $10) snack ingredients, and recipes for happy hearts.
