Neighborhood Cleanup @ Center Academy for Success

The Marlborough Community Coalition and 5th City Council District members Darrell Curls and Ryana Parks-Shaw are sponsoring a neighborhood cleanup on Saturday, September 21, from 8 am to noon at the Center Academy for Success (8434 Paseo Blvd.). The Kansas City Public Works Department will be present to accept bulky items such as old furniture, leaves and brush, tires (with or without rims) and trash, at no charge. The cleanup is open to all Kansas City, Missouri residents. 

Most electronics may be recycled for free. There will be a $5 fee for computer monitors, $10 fee for any item containing Freon and $20-$50 fee for TVs depending on type and size.
