Marcia Miller will present a class on the basics of watercolor painting. Marcia is a life long art teacher and currently teaches lessons at the Belton Art Gallery. You will receive step-by-step instruction on watercolor techniques and go home with your own beautiful painting. Registration required. Intended for ages 18 and up.
