UPDATE 8/7/24: Terry was located deceased in a wooded area.
This is now a death investigation that will be investigated by KCPD.
Detectives are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding his death.
The medical examiner will make the final determination of the cause and manner of death.
Terry Day, 65 yrs old, 5’6”, 150 lbs, brown hair, green eyes,
unknown clothing. Last seen on 08/01/2024 at approximately 7:00 PM
walking a brown and white mix-breed dog (in photo) near his
residence in the area of E. 94 th Street and Pleasant Avenue in
southeast Kansas City, MO. Terry’s family is concerned for his welfare.
