The victim, a black male age 14-17, has an apparent scar above the left eye, a vertical scar in the center of the back of the left hand, and one circular scar on the left hip.

“It’s going to be a fun place for groups, or couples (with or without kids) . . . It’s a great way to keep kids active, maybe just to get them out of the heat during the summer months.”

Public Works is currently evaluating the situation and will have an update toward the end of the week on if the southbound lanes will be able to reopen and when.
