Encore Coffee & Chocolate in Grandview has officially been named a Master Chocolate Maker after securing its third consecutive win at the internationally respected Craft Chocolat Challenge. This year’s award honors their Vanilla Latte Bar, a creative fusion of Encore’s signature white chocolate, real vanilla, and in-house roasted coffee—praised for its smooth, creamy texture and balanced flavor.
The Craft Chocolat Challenge is a global competition that celebrates the work of small-batch, bean-to-bar chocolate makers. Focused on growth and transparency, the challenge offers detailed, multi-perspective feedback from a panel of chocolate makers, tasters, writers, and industry professionals.
Encore’s 2025 victory builds on two previous award-winning entries: Tanzania Dark Milk Chocolate in 2023 and Café Mocha Milk Chocolate in 2024.
