Stillmeadow’s Fresh Watermelon & Blackberry Summer Salad

The owner of a Garden City, MO culinary destination shares her recipe for this sweet/savory summer side

Jeanne Middaugh owns the Stillmeadow event space in Garden City, Missouri. She offered this salad recipe starring classic summer fruits with salty cheese and bold glaze.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups of Cubed Watermelon
  • 1 Cup of Fresh Blackberries
  • 2 Tablespoons of Fresh Mint (torn or slightly chopped)
  • Zest from 1 lime
  • Juice from same lime
  • 2 Tablespoons of Feta Crumble
  • Drizzle lightly with Balsamic Glaze

Directions:

Put all ingredients in order in a large bowl and let chill. Fresh, healthy, and delicious!
