Back to School Health Fair @ Grandview High School

Join us for Grandview C-4’s Annual Back to School Health Fair! Get ready for school in one stop with required immunizations for school attendance, sports physicals for student athletes, on-site assistance from the Jackson County Health Department, nurses and nurse practitioners available to answer questions and schedule follow-up appointments, mental health resource partners, language interpreters, and online enrollment & registration assistance. FREE student support resources will also be available from the Grandview Assistance Program (G.A.P.), providing free supplies to help students start the school year prepared and ready to learn. Don’t wait until the last minute – take care of your student’s health requirements before school starts and avoid delays returning to class!
