Bierstacheln in the Biergarten @ KC Bier Company

Join KC Bier Company on the first Friday of each month from January through March for Bierstacheln, the centuries-old German tradition involving heating a hot metal poker over fire and inserting it into a glass of beer.
The hot poker rapidly caramelizes residual malt sugars in the bier creates a creamy foam while slightly reducing the carbonation and warming the bier.
