Black tea — also known as red tea — is the most fully oxidized of all tea types, known for its bold flavor, richness, and comforting warmth. This session explores the diverse regional styles of black tea, from Darjeeling and Assam in India to Dian Hong and Keemun in China and beyond. Learn how different leaf grades and terroirs influence taste, and enjoy a curated tasting of premium black teas. Please note: attendees are kindly asked not to wear perfume or strongly scented products to fully enjoy the tasting experience. Tickets: $40.
