The menu includes Heirloom Tomato Tonnato, Chilled Yellow Heirloom Tomato Soup, Jasper’s Famous Tableside Mozzarella with Heirloom Tomatoes, Sicilian Pasta with Heirloom Tomatoes and Local Cucuzza, Grilled Heritage Porchetta, and Local Peach Napoleon with Mama Josephine’s Italian Pastry Cream.
