Jasper’s October Supper Club celebrates the Italian harvest with autumn flavors and local Kansas and Missouri ingredients, featuring Jasper’s famous Applecello prepared with local Missouri apples. Menu: Roasted Local Kansas Acorn Squash Soup, Pasta alla Norma (Sicilian pasta with eggplant), Insalata della Casa (Brussels sprouts, crispy apples, cranberries, walnuts, extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinaigrette), Crispy Italian Breaded Pork Chop with cherry peppers, roasted Missouri apples and soft polenta, and Apple Torta and Gelato. $65 per person plus tax and gratuity.
