Parmigiano & Prosciutto Workshop @ Jasper’s Restaurant

An unforgettable culinary event inspired by the heart of Emilia Romagna! Fresh from his return to Parma, Chef Jasper brings an immersive experience rooted in tradition, flavor, and history. Parmigiano Reggiano, the King of Cheeses, dates back over 900 years to medieval monasteries. Prosciutto di Parma follows a tradition just as ancient, with origins tied to the Roman Empire. Chef Jasper guides guests through these traditions, sharing stories from local producers, personal experiences in Parma, and authentic techniques. The five-course menu includes Pasta Parmigiano & Prosciutto, Eggplant Parmigiano, Scampi wrapped in Prosciutto alla Parmigiano, Chicken alla Parmigiano, and Emilia Romagna orange and olive oil cake with gelato. Includes a complete luncheon, detailed recipes, and live cooking demonstration. Not hands-on. Class duration approximately two hours. Tickets: $65 per person (tax and gratuity not included).
