Royal Afternoon Tea: Summer Edition @ Aixois French Restaurant

Tea Market and Aixois French Restaurant present another Royal Afternoon Tea, a signature five-course experience where every bite is thoughtfully paired with a curated tea. Hosted in the elegant front room of Aixois in Brookside, this August’s vegetarian menu celebrates the fruits and vegetables of late summer. The menu includes a blueberry scone with blueberry jam paired with Mango Medley, chilled Aixois gazpacho with Genmaicha, a savory kale and shaved Brussels wrap with watermelon paired with Watermelon Quench, an individual quiche with roasted corn, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and Gruyere cheese paired with Yin Hao Jasmine, and peach cobbler paired with Peach Nectar. Chef Emmanuel Langlade prepares the meal. Stacie and Jess of Tea Market guide guests through each tea pairing, sharing the story behind each blend, where it comes from, and how to brew it at home.
