Scarpetta Wine Dinner at Jasper’s Italian Restaurant! An unforgettable evening celebrating the grape harvest with Scarpetta Wines, a winery inspired by the Italian tradition of fare la scarpetta (using a piece of bread to savor every last drop of a delicious meal). Founded by acclaimed Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey and Chef Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson, Scarpetta crafts elegant, food-friendly wines that express the character of Italy’s renowned wine regions. The Benvenusa Il Raccolto (The Harvest) dinner is a celebration of the season pairing exceptional Scarpetta wines with a menu inspired by the bounty of the Italian countryside. Menu includes a Scarpetta Prosecco Reception with roasted peppers, hand-pulled burrata, pistachios, extra-virgin olive oil and hot honey; Crispy Parmigiano Polenta with gorgonzola, roasted grapes, and baby arugula paired with Scarpetta Venezia Giulia Pinot Grigio 2025; Gemelli alla Vaccinara with pork ragu, guanciale, peperoncino, and Pecorino Romano paired with Scarpetta Colli Orientali del Friuli Cabernet Franc 2022; Roasted Chicken Thighs with fried shallots, heirloom garlic, Olio XV, preserved lemon, and saffron risotto paired with Scarpetta Barbera del Monferrato 2023; and Millefoglie alla Crema Cannoli served with Jasper’s famous Applecello. $100 per person, tax and gratuity extra.
