Signature Workshop: Charcuterie and Wood Burning @ Salumi Rose

The Signature Workshop at Salumi Rose is the shop’s most popular experience! Learn tips and tricks to making gorgeous charcuterie boards and burn a design into a hardwood board. Learn the art of the salumi rose, the mini salumi rose pick, and the flow of a board using fruits, nuts, and garnishes to create a lush, abundant look. Included: an acacia wood board for burning (walnut upgrade available starting at $30 more) and a beautiful small box of charcuterie to eat in the shop or take home. Bring your own clip art (about 6 inches, logo or last name) or use provided general clip art. A variety of beverages can be purchased. Pork products used. $85 per guest, 2 hours.
