Sunday Dinner with Jasper Cooking Class @ Jasper’s Italian Restaurant

Chef Jasper hosts a September cooking class recreating Nana Mirabile’s Sunday dinner at Jasper’s Italian Restaurant! Learn Nana Mirabile’s style family sauce, Sicilian olive salad and garlic bread, homemade meatballs, slow-simmered pork Braciole, and Sunday Pasta. Jasper shares the old-school Italian way of cooking, the little things that make these dishes special, and the traditions that make Sunday dinner such an important part of an Italian family. The class finishes with Italian Spumoni Cake from Nana Josephine’s cookbook. This is a demonstration-only class and full luncheon, not hands-on. Guests leave with recipes and inspiration to bring a little bit of the family kitchen into their own home. Seats are limited and these classes always sell out quickly.
