Tea Blends & Cheese Pairing Workshop @ Emilie’s French Teas

Originally from France, Emilie has a love affair with cheese — and with tea, which she describes as being as fascinating and complex as wine. Tea and cheese share many qualities and complexities, with flavors that can change drastically based on terroir, seasonality, processing, temperature, and aging.
