The KC Fringe Festival runs July 18 through July 28 and features 44 original works, 33 world premieres, 289 performances, and there are over 500 artists involved.
The deadline for organizations to register to participate is July 29.

An additional drop-off for unwanted items at Ruskin is scheduled for July 27 from 8 to noon.

It takes a village to find a lost pet. Tarwyn says 95 percent of lost pets are returned because somebody said something or saw something.
“The goal is simple: provide veterans the safety and security of a home with wrap-around support services and the support of their community, to get them back on their feet, restore their dignity and ensure they continue standing.”
